I do not accept clients who are not actively competing at the level of the freestyle requested, if not already qualified

I will act in an advisory capacity to determine what will work best for the client, and reserve the right to reject any request deemed unsuitable

If a freestyle is used at recognized competition while still in the drafting process, it shall be considered final; further revisions will incur additional charges

I utilize a milestone billing system:

• The base freestyle price is due prior to the start of work, but includes any/all revisions; $100 is non-refundable, but the remaining cost may be refunded based on how much work has yet to be completed

• If choreography is requested, the choreography fee is due prior to release, but includes any/all revisions; changes to the choreography made by the client after release do not warrant any discount or refund

• If music selections are such that instrumental covers are required, the instrumental fee is due prior to the release of the draft in which they are implemented (most commonly the first); the client shall be charged for each instrumental even if one song replaces another in a future revision

Any revisions requested after the release of the final version will incur additional charges

Final music selections shall be reserved for 2 years following the release date of the final version, or for 2 years following the date of the latest released draft, at which point the freestyle is considered abandoned
